COMMON Q/A

Weightlifting by nature is a challenging sport. Our mission is to create a support system for athletes, regardless of your location, that creates an environment to go far. 

​

Our programming is built based off the athlete, and functions between general tracks and individualized dependent on the training phase, individual competition calendar and needs. We have a team of 5 Coaches, led by Kyle Fields (USAW National Coach) and Fred Dorman (USAW L2) that are made available to provide feedback, review videos, and answer questions at any time.

What happens next? 

Following your purchase, a member of our team will reach out and to set up a zoom to meet and talk about your goals and how we can best achieve them together. Learning about you as a person and athlete is the most important piece to the puzzle. Once we get through that process, we set a plan and put it into motion.

What about meet coaching? 

We prepare and coach our athletes at every major event on USA Weightlifting's calendar. We handle most everything, from helping you with travel logistics, to the foods to eat and how to best prepare. For local events we always do our best to support or find someone local to you to support. 

​

How long does each block last?

All of our programs are structured around 4-week blocks. You can pick up on these at any point and we adjust to the best starting point for you. The individual days range from 1.5-2.5 hours depending on the phase, and level of program you select.
