Our bronze program is for those who do not have the abilities to train at a minimum 4 days per week or it can be ran as a supplementary program alongside another training plan. 

 

This program is also a great fit for beginners looking to learn the sport or those looking to increase there knowledge and understanding of the sport.

 

Training Blocks last 4 weeks at a time and are structured around either a competition or planned max out session.
